Job Overview

The Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients to drive business growth. This role involves researching target markets, building prospect lists, and executing outreach campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels. By maintaining strong communication and relationship‑building skills, the specialist ensures a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and industry networks.
  • Develop and manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects to establish relationships and qualify leads for sales teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.

Qualification

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective outreach and relationship building.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
